What is Allianz Road Rangers?

The Allianz Road Rangers is a nationwide motor accident assistance, provided free-of-charge to all our Motor Comprehensive (Private Car) policyholders. It is part of the company’s motor claims transformation journey that aims to truly put its customers first.

Road Rangers Touchpoints:

• 24-hour Call Centre
  Call 1800-22-5542 in the event of a road accident.
• Allianz Bike Brigade
  Our brigadier will arrive first at the accident location and provide initial assistance including first aid if necessary
• Allianz Tow Trucks
  We will tow your damaged vehicle to the police station first (to lodge a police report) and then to an Allianz Authorised Panel Repairer or a franchise workshop upon request
• Claims Assistance at Police Stations
  We will accompany you in lodging the police report and explaining the claims process in detail
• Transportation Service
  We will provide ride-sharing coupon(s) to take you home after the accident
• Claims Approval
  We will process and approve eligible Own Damage (OD) claims between 10 minutes to 1 hour
• Vehicle Delivery
  We will deliver your repaired vehicle to you instead of having to collect it from the workshop
