• limited to 2 counseling sessions for 1 family member or 1 companion
• occurs within ninety (90) days following the hospital discharge

Smart Device Protection

Snatch theft, vehicle break in, premise break in

• Loss or damage to the Insured Person’s Smart Device as a consequence of:
• A police report within 24 hrs
• limited to two (2) claims during the Period of Insurance

Online Purchase Protection

• Loss of any goods purchased from a Fake Website/Application( with police report)
• Purchased Goods not delivered ( purchase made through valid website/application)
• Purchased Goods not delivered more than 14 days of intended delivery date
• Lost of good confirmed by delivery company but no compensation
• Seller of purchase goods refuses to refund
• Limited to 2 claims
• Applicable for online purchases and shall not exceed the amount specified in the Schedule

Lifestyle modification expenses

• provide photos of before and after modification
• provide receipt
• Home/motor vehicle modification

Credit Card And Loan Indemnity (Accident)

• his/her credit card, hire-purchase, mortgage or personal loan will be paid up to specific amount
• must have credit card(s), hire-purchase, mortgage or personal loan
• Submit latest statement as of accident date

Loss Of Sport Equipment

• breaking-in or out of a premises
• Snatch Theft or Attempted Snatch Theft
• vehicle break-in
• police report lodged within 24 hrs
• Hired, leased equipment not covered
• Sporting attire and shoes not covered

Housekeeping Benefit

• Cost for the services of a housekeeper to perform daily household duties,
  meal preparation, laundry and other similar household task
• Within 7 days of discharge
